Greetings from New York City! I started Sandy and the Rays first as an Instagram account, and this website serves as a companion resource to provide more context and storytelling to my experiences as a Rays and baseball fan.

Daily content and over-the-top Rays takes can always be found on my Instagram (particularly my Instagram stories). I'm using this site more as a space to house longform content and media. We’ll see what else this site evolves into, but more than anything, I’m just here to have fun and enjoy some baseball!
