Greetings from New York City! I started Sandy and the Rays first as an Instagram account, and this website serves as a companion resource to provide more context and storytelling to my experiences as a Rays and baseball fan.

Daily content and over-the-top Rays takes can always be found on my Instagram (particularly my Instagram stories). I'm using this site more as a space to house longform content and media.

I also write about the Rays occasionally for RBLR Sports. My writing is featured in their weekly Rays roundtables, where I combine the fan experience with a measured level of analysis.
